Chapter President
Joe Porterfield serves as the President of the 7×24 Exchange. Professionally, he is a Project Manager at Etzel Engineer and Build, Inc. , based in the Greater Pittsburgh region. Joe is a results-oriented leader with a strong background in managing complex project lifecycles and driving strategic initiatives within the engineering and construction sectors.
With specialized expertise in strategic business development and advertising , Joe brings a wealth of experience in building professional partnerships and overseeing high-level operations. As President, he is dedicated to advancing the mission of the 7×24 Exchange through collaborative leadership and a commitment to the growth of the mission-critical industry.

Chris Graham
Vice President
Christopher Graham is the Senior Sales Manager for USA East at Power Solutions Group LLC, a Sunbelt Solomon Company. With over 15 years of experience in the electrical and power industries, Chris specializes in mission-critical infrastructure and strategic account management, having previously served as a Strategic Customer Representative for Sunbelt Rentals. His professional foundation was built during six years of service as an Aircraft Electrician in the United States Air Force, where he earned the Air Force Achievement Medal and a 5-level journeyman certification. Chris’s extensive background in technical systems and industrial sales leadership provides a strong asset to the Pittsburgh 7×24 chapter.

Brad Olsavsky
Treasurer
Brad Olsavsky has been a Project Manager with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for the last 18 years. He holds multiple roles there and currently serves as the Mission Critical Industry Excellence Leader for the Midwest and Greater Pittsburgh markets. With extensive experience with MEP systems in data centers, he has spent several years building hyperscale data centers and managing large scale construction projects.

Jason Ballinger
Secretary
Jason Ballinger is Vice President at LLI Engineering, Inc. He is a third-generation HVAC engineer with 18 years of experience. In his role, he leads multidisciplinary teams delivering mission‑critical and data center designs for government and private clients. LLI provides power generation design solutions including integrating generator/UPS systems, cogeneration (CHP), and microgrids to strengthen on‑site power, cooling, and uptime. Jason focuses on advancing standards and processes that drive operational excellence across complex projects.

Vincent Cherico
Membership Director
Vincent Cherico serves as the President of L Cannon Communications, a low-voltage network infrastructure contractor specializing in mission-critical systems for data centers, hospitals, and enterprise businesses. He transition to this role in April 2026 after a distinguished seven-year tenure as the Manager of Communication & Data Business at Graybar for the Greater Pittsburgh Region.
Vince is a highly driven, relationship-focused professional with deep expertise in low-voltage network technology, data infrastructure, and client development. His extensive background includes strategic business development at Accu-Tech Corporation and leadership training through The NEXT Academy for Construction Leadership.

Joe Szabo
Sponsorship Director
Joe Szabo serves as the Sponsorship Director for both the 7×24 Exchange Empire State and New England Chapters. Professionally, Joe is the Vice President of Operations at Protective Power Systems & Controls, Inc., a position he has held for over 16 years. He is a highly technical professional with specialized expertise in generators, switchgear, and power generation.
At Protective Power Systems & Controls—a NYS certified Woman Business Enterprise—Joe oversees the distribution of critical infrastructure solutions, including transformers, UPS systems, and advanced direct-to-chip cooling. His extensive background in power monitoring and predictive maintenance ensures high-level reliability for mission-critical facilities7×24 Three Rivers Chapter

Madison Gagge
Social Media Director
Madison Gagge serves as the Social Media Director for the 7×24 Exchange. Professionally, she is an Administrative Assistant Specializing in Customer Success at Donwil, a position she has held since March 2025. Madison is a relationship-focused professional with core expertise in employee engagement, project management, and sponsorship development. Her background includes securing corporate partnerships for Arts Quest through tailored proposals and managing high-volume front-end operations in the retail sector.
Madison is a graduate of the Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. Known for her ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate in fast-paced environments, she leverages her skills in business strategy and leadership to drive digital engagement for the organization.

Lauren Clark
Director of Engagement
Lauren Clarke serves as Director of Engagement for the 7X24 Exchange Three Rivers Chapter. She is a Project Manager at Bohler with nearly 15 years of experience in land development, specializing in permitting, entitlements, and site planning. Lauren works closely with multidisciplinary teams to navigate environmental and regulatory requirements, helping developers, owners, and real estate professionals identify opportunities and move projects forward efficiently. In addition to her work in Civil Consulting, Lauren is a Licensed Landscape Architect and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

ChRis Massetti
Former President
Chris Massetti is the Owner of Donwil, a company that has been a cornerstone of the critical infrastructure industry since its founding in 1965. Under his leadership, Donwil specializes in the sales and service of critical business process power and cooling products for enterprises across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio.
As the exclusive provider for industry-leading brands such as Vertiv, Liebert, Starline, and Hitachi, Chris brings unrivaled expertise and a commitment to premium, reliable service to the 7×24 Exchange community. His focus is on ensuring that mission-critical business processes remain consistently operational, backed by the most responsive technical support in the region.

Geoff Ford
Advisor
Geoffrey Ford has been with CJL Engineering for over 17 years, where he serves as a Partner and Managing Principal of the Electrical Division. In addition to his role with the 7×24 Exchange Three Rivers Chapter, Geoff is a certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) and a LEED Accredited Professional. He provides executive leadership and technical oversight for complex MEP projects nationwide, with a specialized focus on designing resilient, high-availability systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities. Geoff also serves on the Board of the Electric League of Western Pennsylvania.
